Presentation Details:
The die casting industry is affected by not only internal factors present at every company, but also by political and economical factors. This presentation will discuss how the die casting industry fared in 2024. It will also look at what impacts we expect from the US government administration's regulations and trade policies. Forecasts for the North American economies and major end markets and manufacturing confidence will predict growth or decline in the die casting industry.
Speaker Details:
Beau Glim is the Project Manager for the North American Die Casting Association (NADCA), a position he has held for the past decade. During that time Beau has coordinated between industry, academia, and various funding sources to research and develop technologies and processes; worked with authors and committees to write and revise technical publications; planned and managed forums for technical presentations and discussions; and has taught numerous NADCA courses to the industry.
