The North American Die Casting Association Chapter in
Wisconsin offer scholarship awards
NADCA Chapter 12
Scholarship Application for 2009
Scholarship Award Amounts Up to $1000.00: Application requirements:
 |
1. You must be the dependent of a member, in good standing,
of Chapter 12 of the North American Die Casting Association (this includes step
children living with theNadca 12 member).

2. You must be a student in or accepted to an accredited
university, college or technical college.
|
 |
3. You must be enrolled in a minimum of 8 semester credits or
equivalent.
|
 |
4. You must have and maintain a grade point average of 3.0 on
a 4.0 scale.
|
 |
5. Include two letters of reference, one to be an academic
reference.
|
 |
6. Provide an essay of less than 500 words indicating why you
should be awarded this scholarship.
|
 |
7. A interview with the Chapter 12 Scholarship Committee may
be required.
Must have pdf reader installed.
