Chapter 12 Welcomes
Denise Reimer of the Business Procurement Assistance Center as our guest
speaker

The United States federal
government is the largest buyer of goods and services in the world, buying
over $42 million per hour, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. At yet,
Wisconsin ranks near the bottom for tapping into this market. How can
Wisconsin businesses compete? The
Business Procurement
Assistance Center, located in Madison and at West Bend, provides free
technical and marketing assistance to
Wisconsin firms who are interested in the government market. Helping
businesses with direct contracts with the government or assisting
businesses be part of a the government's supply chain is BPAC's goal.
